Western Reserve Group Insurance has contracted MTI, through me, to conduct a virtual workers compensation audit for the policy period 11/18/21-11/18/22.

As a virtual audit there will be verifying documentation that will be sought. The documentation will cover:

1-The names, title, duty, and %-of-ownership of the owner(s)/officer(s), plus their annual salary during that audit period.

2- The regular wages and the overtime wages, per state and per job category, totals of the employees.
